	BCSA's Annual Wild Game Dinner continues to be popular year after year. Members donate (and cook) their own game for attending members and guests. The Dinner usually is held in February.
	Stews and soups are perennial favorites at the Annual Wild Game Dinner. Members (usually!) share their recipes freely.
	In the food service business, presentation is everything. And the BCSA chefs' have learned those lessons well.
	"Now, how did she say this thing fits together?"
	Big folks, little folks. There's plenty of game fish, venison, elk, squirrel, bear, and other exotic meats for all.
	Uh, oh! Teenagers!. How can they still be hungry? Next year, please come visit us at the BCSA Annual Wild Game Dinner.
