Photo Album: Youth Programs 1

Here is a selection of photos from a recent Basic Rifle Training class taught by BCSA as part of its youth program. Read more about BCSA's Youth Programs.

	Classroom instruction in rifle mechanics and firearms safety precede any hands-on work. Sessions are well-structured and taught by certified firearms instructors. Classes are held at the BCSA range.
	Preparations on the firing line stress firearms safety. Here, students are learning about the commands of the Range Saftey Officer. Firearms and range safety are lesson number one.
	BCSA's small class size ensures individualized instructioon and maximizes student's time actually shooting on the range.
	Training includes live fire from the standard competitive shooting positions. Shooting jackets, rifles, ammunition, targets, and other materials are provided by BCSA.
	Scoring by peers broadens the new rifleman's skill set, and develops a healthy attitude toward competitive shooting and overall team spirit.
	This proud group of graduating students just completed their Basic Rifle Training course!
