Each year BCSA sponsors a "Wild Game Dinner". This dinner is open to the public. The dinner meat must be wild (not wild tasting) and donated by club members and friends. Special emphasis is put on the less common game, such as elk, moose, caribou, etc. This dinner is always sold out, and everyone has a good time and lots to eat. However, it takes a lot of work, volunteers, and wild game meat to pull it all together each year. If you can help out by donating your game meat or your time please contact Ken Gill.

The members of the Broome County Sportsman's Association are not only avid sportsmen, but also are remarkably accomplished cooks. Successful cooking of wild game may require a delicate touch, as well as a sense of adventure. We have selected a number of the finest recipes for your own cooking pleasure.
